Hampton Roads Volunteer Achievement Awards Honors 2009 Recipients
Volunteer Hampton Roads presented Deborah K. Stearns of GVA Advantis with the 2009 Lenora Mathews Lifetime Achievement Award for her generosity of time, talent and support of area causes at the annual Hampton Roads Volunteer Achievement Awards gala.
